Review: Had to return the product. It turn on but doesn't print. It doesn't even print or make any sound when clicking the button twice to print test page. I.am disappointed. Can you test the products to see if they work first before u ship then. It looks like a hardware issue on the mini printer. I bought it for my small business now the inconvenience of returning and waiting for the product to reach u guys and after inspection then my refund. As ur policy says. That's y it's takes me a long time before I order from shein. This is such a big inconvenience for me.
